Destiny Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in supporting individuals and families impacted by invisible illnesses and disabilities. With advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, she empowers clients to manage chronic pain, reconnect mind and body, and cultivate joy in their relationships. As a former family liaison, Destiny brings a unique perspective to her work, helping clients build strong communication, establish healthy boundaries, and foster a supportive community. She is passionate about utilizing evidence-based and holistic practices to equip clients with the tools they need to thrive. Destiny is also the host of The Chronic Illness Therapist Podcast.

Destiny provides support through workshops, 45- and 75-minute therapy sessions, three-hour therapy sessions, and three-day therapy intensives (3 hours per day).

Therapy intensives can be a great way to accelerate your growth and reduce the amount of weekly sessions needed over the long-term. Intensives are best suited for those with a specific goal in mind.
